Hi, I’m Rachel (she/her). I’m here to support individuals navigating some of life’s most difficult moments. I understand the weight of carrying struggles in silence. The shame that lingers, the constant self-criticism that never seems to rest, and the feeling of not truly being seen.
In our work together, you’ll find a safe, non-judgmental space to pause, reflect, and understand what you’ve been holding. We’ll explore the patterns and expectations that have shaped your experience, while uncovering the resilience and strengths that have always been within you.
My practice includes specialized training in eating disorders and disordered eating, with an understanding of how these struggles often connect to anxiety, depression, trauma, and the pressures of daily life. I also support individuals navigating neurodiversity and cultural identity, acknowledging the influence of family, community, and systemic experiences on mental health.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed by a critical inner voice, or trying to make sense of your story, you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we can work toward meaningful change, build tools for navigating challenges, and foster a deeper, more compassionate connection with yourself.
