Who We Are

A safe space for change

Our Practice

We provide personalized outpatient care in a warm, supportive environment. Our services include neurodivergent-affirming care, individual therapy for adults and adolescents, and healing intergenerational trauma. With a trauma-informed approach, we address a range of mental health concerns while creating a safe space for healing and growth.

Our Treatment Focus

Our focus is to help you embrace vulnerability, heal, and discover your inner strength. We listen with care and without judgment, tailoring treatment to your needs—whether ADHD support, building distress tolerance, values work, or mindfulness practices—so you feel supported every step of the way. You are in charge as we help you create new possibilities.

Our Hope for You

Our hope is that you find strength in your struggles, learn from your pain, and move toward the life you want. Through individual therapy, we'll support you in exploring new ways of being, building trust in yourself, and embracing your ability to choose. Mindfulness practices can further guide your journey of healing and self-discovery.

Initial Consultation

15-minute introduction

In a complimentary 15-minute consultation, we'll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what sessions may look like. This conversation helps you decide if we're a good fit, with no pressure to commit.

“If we can open-up a little bit more to each other and share our stories, our real stories, that's what breaks down barriers. But in order to do that, you have to believe that your story has value. Be vulnerable. Dare to be vulnerable.”

— Michelle Obama

Q & A

Frequently asked questions

Will my benefits cover therapy sessions?

Most insurance providers accept sessions with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). Coverage does vary, so we encourage you to check your extended benefits plan before your first session to confirm what's included. If you're unsure, we're happy to guide you in the right direction so you feel clear and supported before getting started.

Do you offer a sliding scale rate?

Yes, we offer a limited number of sliding scale spaces to help reduce financial barriers to accessing care. Availability is limited, so it's best to speak directly with your clinician to see if this option is right for you. Our hope is to make therapy as accessible as possible, and we're committed to working with you to find a supportive path forward.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice so the appointment can be offered to another client in a timely manner. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a 'cancellation fee' which is the FULL session rate. Please note that the cancellation fee applies in MOST circumstances.
