Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We treat various mental health disorders and provide a safe and encouraging space to support individuals through their unique journey.
Our focus is to help individuals embrace their vulnerability, heal, and become aware of their inner strength. We achieve this by listening to your concerns free of judgement and customizing a treatment plan most suitable for your current needs.
Our hope is that you grow from your struggles, learn from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. We'll invite you to experiment with new behaviours as you learn how to fully trust yourself and your ability to choose.
Life will have several peaks and valleys, and we're here to help you develop new skills that will make challenging times more manageable. You will be met with compassion and a sincere desire to understand your challenges. Collaboratively we will figure out which path towards self-discovery to take; while ensuring you have ample opportunity to exercise your autonomy.
Extended sessions are available for individuals who desire more time to engage in therapeutic work.
Couples and family therapy focuses on improving relationships and resolving conflicts within couples and families. It offers a supportive environment where individuals can explore their feelings, behaviours, and interactions with one another.
It's important to find a therapist who you feel comfortable with. Let’s have a conversation about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what a session with one of our clinicians would look like. You can decide if the help we offer is a good fit for your current situation before committing to a session. We invite you to contact us to book a free 15-minute consultation.
