—TREATMENT FOCUS
OCD Support
OCD can leave you feeling caught between intrusive thoughts, uncertainty, and the urge to do something to feel safe or certain. At Sao Therapy, we offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space to better understand these patterns and how they affect your daily life. Our goal is to help you build greater trust in yourself, tolerate uncertainty, and reduce the hold OCD has over your choices.
HOW CAN THERAPY HELP?
Loosening the grip of the cycle:
Therapy can help you understand how intrusive thoughts, uncertainty, and compulsions reinforce one another. Together, we can practice responding to these experiences in new ways, reducing the need for rituals or reassurance over time. The goal is not to eliminate every unwanted thought, but to help you feel less controlled by them and more able to move through life with freedom and confidence.
