Coverage does vary, so we encourage you to check your extended benefits plan before your first session to confirm what’s included. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to guide you in the right direction so you feel clear and supported before getting started.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so the appointment can be offered to another client in a timely manner. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a 'cancellation fee' which is the FULL session rate. Please note that the cancellation fee applies in MOST circumstances.
